How long does delivery take?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse by either Royal Mail or for heavy items we use a third party courier direct to your home or work address, with next day delivery if ordered before mid day. For orders placed on a Friday before mid day then your good will be delivered on the Monday. Saturday deliveries are available subject to an additional cost.

Do we have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.

Do Peach have a retail outlet where we can purchase items on the day ?
Yes we have a shop in Billingshurst, West Sussex and are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5.30pm and Saturdays from 10am until 5pm.

What are your delivery costs?
Delivery to the UK mainland is £5.95 inc VAT per order. Please contact us for delivery details for other areas or next day/Saturday delivery. However shipping is automatically calculated in store when you complete your checkout.

Can we ship world wide?
Yes, but please contact us prior to placing your order to work out delivery costs.

Do we offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we do and so please contact us or call us on 01403 780988 for details.

Can I Cancel and return my order ?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, providing we receive it within 7 days from the date of its original receipt by the customer. Returned products must be returned in good condition and all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase. A note explaining the reason for return should also be enclosed.

This does not cover earphones and headphones, software and any item ordered or made especially for you.

However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us and we would recommend using a recorded delivery service.
